Delicious breakfasts and cozy stays
Richard and Julie. Our stay in the Premier Suite provided all modern conveniences, including fluffy towels and quality toiletries that felt luxurious. The breakfast options were diverse, and every dish was cooked to perfection. Every return to our room brought good home-baked treats, a comforting ending to our busy days exploring.
Although our room was spacious and well-decorated, the window faced a wall which detracted a bit from the view. The bathroom was on the other side of the landing, which could be inconvenient during nighttime trips.

The room's window placement is disappointing, facing a wall!!! The bathroom's location being on the other side of the landing adds unnecessary hassle during nighttime trips!!! More attention to the shower's maintenance would improve the experience!!!

Richard and Julie know how to. Arriving to a good cup of tea and homemade cake was such a lovely touch. The room was spacious and equipped with everything, including luxury toiletries and a mini fridge with fresh milk and chocolate bars. Breakfasts were a highlight. I can't recommend the homemade smoked haddock fishcake enough! Not to mention the comfy bed, made it hard to get up each morning! On the downside, the junior suite is located downstairs and faced some traffic noise in the mornings. Not a major issue for me, as earplugs worked perfectly. I did wish I had more time to enjoy the hot tub and spa treatments. All in all, Brookside lives up to its five-star reputation.

A lovely stay with great hosts
The room was super comfy with fresh milk for tea, and I loved the home-baked goodies left for us each day! Breakfasts were epic, seriously, you gotta try the made-to-order pancakes! The only thing? Bathroom was a bit of a trek down the hall, but worth it for everything else!
